The RiverHaven Civic League (RHCL) is comprised of two neighborhoods: Shorehaven & Forest Hills (River Road). We operate for the benefit of all our residents. We are excited about the idea of our community growing closer by providing opportunities that promote communication, cohesion, inclusion, and fun. We advance the civic interests of the community and inform members of matters that are important.

We would like to start a little friendly competition between our two neighborhoods, Forest Hills and Shorehaven just like our friendly Tug-of-War competition during our Fall Festival.
